one of the的意思是其中一个，之一的意思，它有有四种用法，每个用法在句子中都有不同的作用。
1、当one of the在句子末尾时,谓语动词用单数。
例如：

2、one of the+最高级+名词复数时

4、 one of the在定语从句中的用法，通过看 one 前面有没有定冠词the来区分时。
例如：

二、one of the后面是加单数还是复数
